Looks great, I think the rear wheels could use a small spacer as well, to make it look more flush.

Just new wheel bearings eventually depending on how much you offset the wheels.

There is SO much misinformation about spacers/adapters on the internet.

I am looking for the flush look as well. Nothing too aggressive but I am either lowering the car on stock bolts or aftermarket bolts if the stock bolts don't go low enough for my taste. Based on the OP's pictures it looks like the 6mm are good enough (front and back) for stock bolts.
Will 12mm spacers be needed if lowering with aftermaket bolts to obtain flush look?

What is the point of spacers? Looks to me just more debris being kicked on to the side to damage paint.

The point is to get the wheel to be flush with the fender. When you lower a car on OEM wheels they will get a "sunk" look inside the wheel well. Lowering the wheel offset by adding spacers will push the wheel back out.
If I were buying after market wheels, I would simply order them with a lower offset to get the flush look with the car lowered.
