I paid $139 for mine from Andrew at Double A. I believe it is made by DSVette and it looks like OEM. Now they are $149.

I'm a little confused at the need for a sunshade for the transparent roof. My C7 is a daily driver here in Tampa Florida and is parked outside from 6:00am - 6:00pm and bakes through the heat of the day. I have never felt the roof was a problem. When driving in full sun, my head doesn't feel any undue heat on it.
I think most of the heat comes from the side windows and windshield. I have 3M Crystalline tinting and use a windshield shade all the time and find the interior temp to be fine whether parked or driving. Maybe it's just me....
