Does anyone know if there is a screen protector that can be applied (static cling type) to the C7 display. I currently use a touch screen rubber tipped pen to avoid all the finger prints, but seems a screen protector film like used on a smart phone or tablet may work.
It's a small nit, I know, but would be nice to clean that instead of the bare screen, and would keep it in new condition.
Thanks

CF to the rescue, I'll be ordering as soon as I get home. The number of boxes/packages piling up waiting for my new Stingray is starting to get on my wife's nerves

Just a heads up. The number of boxes doesn't seem to slow down once it's in the garage. I find something new a few times a week. Wife said the vendors should give everyone a new Vette and make it up in add on's. Kinda like the Harley riders spending money on chrome.
What are you guys purchasing? Other than premium mats that I ordered when the car order was placed, I have not purchased anything. I still don't have a license plate frame. The license frame and tire air valve covers, that should be it. I'm really happy with the car as delivered.
Pens to die the seat thread
Carbon license frame
Carbon splitter & side skirts
Mud flaps
Black cut outs to cover air bag warnings
Rear cargo mat
Screen protector
Corvette Racing interior plaque
aFe intake
New phone charger/mount
And I probably forgot some stuff....
Most of that ordered before/right after I got my car.
I thought the finger prints would drive me crazy, but frankly they haven't. I just keep a microfiber towel handy in the garage and wipe it clean if I think it needs it.

Yes, you owe us a lot of good pics once everything is in and done!

And....... Wheels, Center Caps, Partition, Rear Fascia Mat, Foot well LEDs, Black-out Emblems, Radar Detectors and install parts, Front Curb sensor, etc.
I've ordered a bunch of microfiber towels, a $100ish set from Griots and am going to start ordering the "chemicals" next for detailing. Might convince myself that I need a new hose at some point, too. I'm still using the stock mats but might get some of the aftermarket ones as they're pretty snazzy. Might get this protective film for the touch screen. I'm pretty happy with the car as-is and don't feel like I need to do a whole lot other than keeping it looking as nice as I can.
I do need fuzzy dice and naked lady mudflaps still though.
I put one of these on today, and my panel stopped working. I couldn't select any icons. If I pressed really hard, it would do something, but not the correct thing. I took it off and everything is OK. VIN 2098. If I remember correctly, they started installing different displays at some time, so maybe later VINs work OK with the protector.
You use a stylus on your screen??????? And now you're buying a screen protector????? I think some of you have gone off the deep end; if you get a finger print on the screen just WIPE it with a screen wipe. Did you buy clear plastic seat covers yet similar to the ones that my grandmother uses to cover her sofa?? I should make a few sets of them, I know some of you would buy them to keep your leather seats clean. Sheesh.

OP, I think it's great that you want to keep your screen in like-new condition. Nothing wrong with that. I will always be baffled by people who post critical messages about what others do to their Corvettes when an OP hasn't asked for an opinion. It's a free country and people can think what they want. But I do not see how snide commentary benefits anyone. If you want to do something to your car and you like it, I say, "Go for it!"

I ordered the three pack from Tech Armor as was posted. Put one on the new Impala, and one on the Vette. Made sure both panels worked perfectly.
And xxxxxx, if you would like, I now have an extra one, if you would like it. And the stylus is more for accurate touch while driving, than finger prints. Just lessens the finger prints too. But we all appreciate your comments none the less.
