Default "Clean Seals"

Has anyone purchase the "Clean Seals" from Corvette Mods. They install around the rear hatch opening. Any installation problems encountered and do they accomplish the job intended?

I have. No problems at all. Just prep the area with some rubbing alcohol, let dry, and peel and stick. It does work as intended. Easy test is when you wash the car for the first time.

Did your notice that the length of seals are about 1/4" short. I called Corvettemods and they said its on purpose to leave a gap near the rear side window to allow water to drain into the water trough.

Yes. I thought the same thing originally, that they were short but apparently that's by design.

I did the same thing with a pick-up truck tailgate seal kit I had laying around. Seems to work well..
