I have a 2014 Z51 with 1200 miles on it.
At lower RPM about 1800 to 2500 the engine sounds like a sewing machine is under the hood. It almost sounds like solid lifters but not consistent like solids are.
The car performs well but its a little concerning to me.
Should I be concerned or just keep driving down the road?
Any help would be appreciated.

High pressure fuel pump which is utilized in direct injection engines is usually noisy. Nothing unusual , just different if you haven't had a engine with this before. If you google high pressure fuel pump noise you will see a lot of concern expressed about engine noise in various makes and models that have DI.
