The trick to an easy install is to keep a plastic trim tool handy for slipping the tabs between the body work and headlight. Just pry up slightly on the fender area and slip the tab in. The top inner one is the thickest. After that most go in easily. Once you get that trick down it's simple.
Was watching the video cams at the Museum yesterday and noticed that (2) black Stingrays were delivered with the GM bra already installed. Also appeared as if the hood could be opened and closed with the bra attached.....
The thin plastic trim tool is a must. It's not designed to run a front plate, since I run a plate on the Aro mount I put some small clear holders (like used to attach airlines or wires) behind the license bolts to stretch the inside hooks to.
