Phone and apps

I have a 3LT Z51. I thought I would have the apps icon on my home screen in the infotainment system. What trim level has the apps capability? Also, my car will recognize my iPhone but will not play audio through radio. I have it connected with usb. Any help is appreciated

There is no "app capability" on any 2014 Vette. I suggest you going the infotainment manual in the sticky section and read what and how the system works.

GM is scraping their whole App Store idea. I think they are waiting for bigger companies in that market to handle things like this for them. ( Apple and Andriod ).

I'm sure we will see integrated systems on their newer cars in the next few years.
