Default Oh boy

Got an email from my dealer today. He said my car jumped to 3800 and is in production. I went to the chevy owners track site, and it says my production is complete. Is it normally that fast?

Production is pretty fast once the car starts on the line. Enjoy. Don

3400 Order Broadcast (Internal Plant Order Produced)
3800 Vehicle Produced

If they told you it was at 3800 and going to production, they aren't familiar with the codes..

What was your tpw??

Never got a TPW. I went to chevy.com/track your car and put in my code. It says production complete. I'm confused.

Don't be confused. Be happy. Congrats on your build. Just a little while longer.

Next step - 4000 Vehicle ready to ship.

It's all good. The dealer can/should keep you updated as the codes change.

The main thing is, it's produced and waiting on a truck. Congrats.

You should be able to get a VIN now through your dealer or customer service.

The time it took to get my car after it was produced seemed like 3 months but it only took a few days!

It is done, I just checked your order here.

http://www.chevrolet.com/ownership/o...er.extapp.html

There will be a quality hold period for all cars.. no one knows how long that will be. Last year some cars were held for 4-6 weeks.

Since there are no major changes, we think.. and hope the hold period will be short. I'm sure that once it's confirmed the 15s are rolling out on the transport trucks, there will be 20 posts about it. I would guess the end of this week or the beginning of next week.

Well, your tpw was 8/11. Lol. You seem to be the least excited person I've seen with a C7 order. The car is built. There is no doubt about it. Now be happy.
