I've got to go with "It's just you." Final answer.
They are both silver.

There are countless threads -mostly all locked- from around when the C7 was announced comparing it to various cars. To summarize all of them: yes, and no.

Solstice was a piece of crap.....absolutely no connection to the C7!

The wheels look similar and inside it looks like the dash has the passenger handle coming down.

I liked the Solstice coupe, it was too bad it never came with a good drive train, that one that was in the car was weak and inefficient.
My trip into the Solstice world was brief about 450 miles, then I traded it on a miata, that car was light years ahead of the solstice.

The Saturn Sky (Solstice twin) looked more like a Corvette. Solstice was a jelly bean.

As I understand it, they originally designed the car with the thought of putting an LS engine in it. I'm sure the bean counters and lawyers killed that idea. But I believe it to be true because there seems to be minimal structural reinforcement required when doing the swap. It's mostly mounting and electronics.

I've never driven one, but I've heard that he GXP's were pretty fun. What 275 hp in a 2,900 lb car?

I don't know what you've been smoking or drinking, but you may wish to stop.
They are both silver.
