Should the T/C be on or off when going from a roll in first gear.

Off if you are racing, and want to control the wheel spin without TC interference.

If Im in first gear and doing 25mph and floor it should the T/C be off or on

To do what, exactly? There is no rule or "should" in that situation. Still not sure what you're asking.
