Rail ramp unload?

Rail ramp unload?
My dealer called me today, said he contacted the factory. My car is ready and invoiced, and is at 4800. Doesn't 4800 mean rail ramp unload? I thought the truck them to IL.

Is Shaumburg about 600 miles from Bowling Green? The pattern I have for a long time been seeing (for Chevrolet in general) is that is the radius but I have seen vehicles go by truck to dealers slightly further and by rail slightly less than 600 miles.
