Default Event Status Code

How do I get an Event Status Code? The Chevy Order Tracking site doesn't give any numbers- at least not so far for me.

At the top of c7 is a thread labeled "manuals ...". Click into it and go to event codes.

go to Chevrolet.com

on the bottom right of their main page is "Chat" (not running today due to holiday)

Ask them to transfer you to Customer Assistance to get your event status number.

Also, your dealer can get this for you.

Your dealer should provide this information to you. Ask them to send you an email every week with the status code and the TPW if it has one. You should not have to be the one making the effort. Yes, you can get it as "Mike Mercury" suggests, but your dealer is really the one that should be providing this. Make them earn their money.

Another reason to stay close to your dealer for updates is they can see status changes as they occur where the chevy track your order and the ccc thread only see changes after the master server is updated, which occurs overnight six of seven days a week and does not on the seventh day.

Unfortunately, the salesman I am dealing with has been less than fully communicative. Thus my wanting to do it myself.

don't do that - press the point - go see the sales manager and tell him you are doing to do a delivery survey when you get the car and want to give him good marks...and you need updates...NOW.....chances are you'll get them....

the MOMENT they input your order, they can print this, they can print it 10 times a day if they want....ANYTIME
