Default Favorite driving roads

Hello,

I am interested in learning new areas to drive in this great country of ours. I have several highways that are great fun for my wife and I driving our Corvette on. Our favorite is the Beartooth Highway which has miles of switchbacks and elevation changes plus unparalleled scenery.

What are some of yours? It would be great to try some of them and meet some of you.

Million Dollar Highway, aka Hwy 550, from Ouray, CO to Durango, CO. So named because the views are worth a million dollars.

Lots of other great roads in the mtns here.

Try Route 14A from Burgess Junction to Lovell, Wyoming, Route 14 from Burgess Junction to Greybull, Wyoming, and Route 16 from Buffalo to Ten sleep, Wyoming. My wife and I just did the Beartooth Highway, Route 212, (Wyoming and Montana), (The Top of the World) last Thursday. (Route 212 is only open from (about Memorial Day to about Labor day) due to snow.

Forgot about Route 296, (The Chief Joseph Highway) it runs from Route 120 (16 miles north of Cody) to Route 212.

"Tail of the Dragon" 318 turns in 11 miles through North Carolina US Hwy 129. I plan on taking this route back home from my Museum Delivery in late October.
