Default Window Cleaning ?

What to you use to clean the windshield where it meets the dash around the heads up display? I use a towel with invisible glass cleaner on all my glass and the glass still looks like it has a film left on it.

One part rubbing alcohol, three parts water, mix in spray bottle. Spray solution onto clean wash cloth, apply to your window glass, wipe off with dry micro fiber towel. Haze/film will be history.

I've given up until I bought some ZAINO Z-12 Glass Polish.

But there are other products and tricks folks will recommend.

Good luck

GM glass cleaner, works extremely well and will not harm acrylic roof panel.

I use water (from an Ionator) and a Tupperware microfiber towel; the towel is the key. I have used many products over the years but nothing can compare to the results with this towel.

The trick to using invisible glass is to follow the directions and clean the windows twice. I've never gotten satisfactory results
using it once. It really takes the second application to get the glass clean .

Just use a moderately used, but very clean terry cloth towel on the inside of the glass.

You don't need any type of chemical cleaner. I am a chemical engineer by education and any type of chemical cleaner will leave a residue on the glass unless cleaned off completely with a clean dry cloth. Don't even bother with the chemicals, in other words.

I use that stuff too and have found that I need two towels. One to apply and clean, and the other to polish off the haze. I have a feeling that Stoner changed their formula because when it first came out and I started using it I didn't have this issue. Still recommend it though.
