Default $2k off 2015 3LT Z51 MN-7

Good/fair/poor deal?

Only options were carbon dash, magnetic ride control with PTM, suede seat inserts, & chrome wheels (Shark grey)

Already picked it up Monday, just curious as to whether I got @**-raped.

Other than the Nav not receiving any GPS (red X ovr GPS box), loving it compared to my C6 Z51 6-speed.

You can get about 9% off MSRP with various GM programs, i.e. Credit Union, Military or GM Supplier.

But I guess if you don't qualify under those programs $2K beats a stick in the eye.

Given the large number of people getting '15s at supplier pricing I'd call it a "fair" but not "great" deal.

Those discounts are certainly worth looking into.

Check with Les Stanford in MI and get your car courtesy delivered to your local dealer (one that accepts courtesy deliveries) for $300-$500. Ask for Dennis. Join a credit union and you should get about $6k under msrp unless you have a family member who has worked for GM and get employee pricing. I did that and saved over $9k. Dennis is sometimes difficult to get a hold but all in all I experienced a very smooth transaction with him and received my 2015 a couple of weeks ago. Good luck.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but these big (9%) discounts are not on available 2015 3LT Z51 cars, correct?

I certainly saw nothing like them searching the forum dealers websites.

Incorrect. Call Les Stanford and ask for Dennis. If you have not yet done so, join a credit union. Good luck.

Unfortunately the OP purchased before he shopped. Newton, enjoy your purchase that's all that matters.

Newton06, enjoy your new car,I think you got a fair deal. But I think the 3lt is about a $9,000 option.

Enjoy your car! It is over and done with now, but you could have probably saved another 4-5k. You have your car now, and you aren't waiting like some of us for theirs to be built .
