I won a C7!!!!!!!!!
Never posted here before but had to today. Was down at Bowling Green with my 05 C6 Vert for the Big Celebration and won a C7 in one of their raffles!
Even got to pick it up at the Museum! What a way to end the summer!

Congrats!!
Was this the 10 dollar raffle?
I had a ticket for it and I saw on NCM's Facebook page the winner was there and had trouble with their Vette on the way. I was in another more expensive one but lost that one too.

That's great !! Congrats !
Do you have to pay any tax when you win something like that eg. sales or income tax on the value of the car?

Yes , the $10 raffle. And yes, my C6 needed a throttle body.

Do you have to pay the taxes up front, before you take possession or do you have to file taxes later on?

That would possibly be sales tax upon registering the vehicle in his home state. Fed tax would be based on his income level. Could possibly be 25% fed tax. Even if it was $15k in taxes it's still amazing.
Congrats on your win and enjoy your new car!!!

Beautiful! What options does it have besides the chrome wheels?
