Default Driving mode question

In my M3, there are "M" buttons, namely M1 and M2. I can go to the iDrive (the computer) and pre-configure, the following and assign them on each shortcut:

Throttle Mapping : Efficient, Sport, Sport+
Suspension : Comfort, Sport, Sport+
Steering : Comfort, Sport, Sport+
Traction Control : On, MDM, Off
Transmission Mode : Manual or Auto
Transmission Sensitivity : 1, 2, 3
HUD View : Regular view or M view with a tachometer

I can mix and match the way I want each M button so when I'm driving, I hit M1 or M2 and the car is good to go.

Does C7 have something like this? Or all it has is the 4 modes (Track, Sport, etc) and you cannot actually configure what they mean. So in other words, can I have the most sensitive throttle mapping with comfortable steering but stiff suspension and no traction control.

Check out the owner manual and the hierarchy charts in the sticky thread above to see all the options.

Not much configuration within the modes. Exhaust open all the time or linked. HUD/IC linked or not. Can't recall about steering.
