Default How to Remove?
Wanting to add a stripe down the center but need to know how to remove the center flag emblem and then re-mount it when finished.

Would like to take the entire section out to work on?

Default Emblems
All the exterior emblems use what is called " Two sided emblem tape " I would think that would also be the case with your emblem. When I had a black band striped between the tail lights the installer used something that look like a credit card and worked it slowly under the rear emblem till it popped off. You can buy it at any auto body supply /auto paint store and ask for "Two sided emblem tape.

Just take it off with goo gone and dental floss....

I used fishing line to "saw" off the "corvette" logo on the back of my car. Then I used mineral spirits to remove the rest of the double stick tape and adhesive.

It's 3M Automotive Trim Tape.

I used Fire Wire braided fishing line to take emblems off my Camaro's.

Used Goo Gone WITHOUT acetone to remove residue.
