I noted on the GM recall list that my 2015 C7 VIN was on the recall list. According to the Chevrolet Tracking Site my C7 is "Enroute"
I found out today that my C7 VIN was" pulled for quality inspection" in Toledo, Ohio, on 9-9-14.
My question is; Is "pulled for quality inspection" a good thing? More shipping delay is not a good thing of course.
My first thought is that a VIN pulled for quality inspection, would hopefully mean a lot more attention paid to the build specs and quality.
However, wouldn't "pulled for quality inspection" be done at the GM factory site? Maybe there is some other reason? Just wondering if "pulled for inspection" is good news or bad news.

I would think that anytime GM does a quality check and fixes a problem before you have to take delivery would be a good thing.
"Quality Inspection = We're going to beat the snot out of your car for about 20 miles and if anything breaks it will get fixed before it gets shipped."
Hmm.....I going to sleep better knowing that it gets fixed before it ships....Ha! Ha!
