Audio controls?
How do I turn the volume up and down on the radio by not using the steering wheel controls. Can't find it in the manual. This is a passenger issue, my wife.

Sorry, where is it. I see the Climate, Menu and fan controls ***** but that's all. I just got this car. I had a Volt as a rental a couple of years ago for a week. It took me that whole week to work the radio.

Thank you. Now my passenger( the wife) can reach over to crank up the stereo(to an un-godly level) while I concentrate on driving. I think this new Bose can take it. But not about my ears. That part of my body is not failing.

Take your wife to the shopping center, stay in the car and play with the radio, you will be surprised at what you purchased (instruction manual in hand). I have seen that HD has been dropped on the 2015 models. Currently have HD and enjoy the extra stations. Darn!

I have conquered the radio with your help. Now having problems with door locks. I got rid of the passive lock but now I have to hit the unlock button to get out of the car. Any suggestions? C6 was much easier to navigate these set ups. Next is the seat memory tomorrow, one for me and another for the wife. By the way, the C7 drives, steers, and handles and looks much better than my C6. Love it.

The engine is stopped, shut off, in Park and will not let me out of the car unless I hit the “unlock” button. I’ll figure it out tomorrow. By the way, LOVE the backup camera and the tracking system to help guide you.

You are going to have to break out the owners manual. Go to section 5. Find subsection entitled "Vehicle Personalization". You will find a paragraph on settings to control automatic door unlocking. Choices include off, driver door, all doors. Sounds like your car has automatic door unlock set to off. Try one of the other two choices.
