That was my choice and I could not be happier. Have a Gray Cargo carpet from Lloyds in it now and it looks excellent. Mats are on order.

Much comes down to personal tastes whether you want something a bit more flashy or more subdued. I prefer to blend color rather than contrast it.

Had I gone with something other than the 1LT, I may have opted for the full Brownstone treatment. I like that the entire cabin has that color throughout.

Again, there are no wrong choices when it's your car.

Great thread. This backs up my concern on the Brownstone interior... it is too polarizing. Not so concerned about the opinion of others, except when it comes to selling.
I am very picky and have been bouncing around on the color combos forever before ordering (also waiting for prices to stabilize and to sell my hot rod for the garage space).

I would love to order the brownstone on a black car... it is subtle and classy, and I love the suede on the doors, console, etc. Brownstone is also the only color that runs throughout the interior (except black). However, I think I would regret the decision later on.

I keep returning to:
2016 Shark Grey Z06, 3LZ, M7, Jet Black interior with red stitching, competition seats, painted vents.

Shark gray in direct sun has a bit of a tan/bronze tinge to it, looks ok
Shark gray on a cloudy day is just a drab gray color, does not look so good
Just my observation and opinion.

At first blush it looks subtle and classy-not sure how I would feel after living with the color for awhile. May not be the safest choice as it may grow old fast, but then again it may not. I would hate to be stuck if it does grow old fast. Just my opinion.

I like that color combo. It's classy. I also REALLY like the red with the shark gray.

...I think chrome wheels are dope. You need a little pop with that color combo. I think it's on point.
