The guy who owns that blog is obnoxious, to say the least. I've seen one thread here with a second hand account of the A8 overheating but I guess we'll find out as more cars get delivered.
This PeterMJ's is insane, I don't understand all the hate. PeterMJ's move on already and get over what ever happened between you and GM. I know he post on this form not sure what he goes by. I do agree that quality control could improve but man read this guy stuff and you just wonder what happened..

Obviously was not nurtured properly when young.
I would look "anywhere" else for information or news on the C7 Corvette.
My order was built 09-15-14 and done with the pre dealer on 09-18-14 It is ordered with the A8. It was bayed until 10-10-14 and now I am told the dealer would have it for me by 10-24-14 give or take 2 days. I have heard that some A8's have a TSB for the trans problem with a crack that could happen. It seems strange to me that the car I ordered was Bayed as long as it was.
I will put in on a track, but not until spring. By the time I get through breaking the car in it will be too late in the season here to take it out. I really hope its not a problem or I'm going to be very upset.
