C7 - Z06 Grill Order

Just ordered my Z06 Grill today, local GM parts department says it will arrive tomorrow for pickup

22830067 Front lower grille; carbon flash (Z51) 2014-2015 Corvette
22790939 Front lower grille; carbon flash (Except Z51) 2014-2015 Corvette

really? Z06 is not even released yet..? u got it from the dealer? Price???

I just tried to order the Z 51 part number from my dealer and they said that was a stock grill?
Not the Z06 grill.

i ordered my ZL1 front end for my camaro SS before the ZL1's were even out to dealers.

I'm pretty sure you ordered a "normal" grill that is finished in Carbon Flash. Not a Z06 grille. From what I can find, the Z06 grill is part number 22790957.

Just checked with my local dealership. They can order them in for $320 Canadian.

I know what I'm buying now instead of the ACS Grille!

And the part number I was given was the original one up top: 22830067

Since there is no such thing as z51 or no z51 on a z06, you would think that the grill that C7Procharged ordered would not be a z06 grill. In viewing the video the new grill is clearly not a stingray grill. It looks just like the z06 grill, because it has the huge air intakes on the sides just like the z. Its hard to see in that dark video. Do you think GM made some replica's for the stingray to take part of the mod market?
