Installed z51 in carbon flash and blacked out my tail light. I did all work myself with few tools.

After

Point, amazed no bolts were lost ! Used my stool as a second set of hands

I used 2 coats of tinting spray, 3 coats is the max .

Looks like an awful lot of work? I'm betting the clear lenses on the new Z06 will be a model year change on the standard Stingray in the not to distant future. 2016?

Your SEE7 looks real good! Like the tinted tails too... and looks much better than those tacky snap on or overdone cosmetic mods out there.

Default Thank you

The whole job took about 3 hours of touch time, 6 hours total waiting for the lights to dry. I totally removed the light assembly

Your mod seems to look nice especially on a White C7.

Although, I think about those people who have a difficult time seeing brake lights even in daylight hours. It seems too many people drive under the influence today to include those who are using a cell phone/texting while driving. Safety is a priority for me.

It appears that lights still shine good with your mod though.
