Trading 2012 GS Crystal Red Metallic for 2014 or 2015
2015 - 3LT - Shark Grey
Or
2014 - 3LT - Laguna Blue
Never had one in either color, always had some shade of Red...
What do you think - which color..

Coming from a nice bright color like Crystal Red, you'd probably prefer Laguna Blue which is also a nice bright metallic color. But color is such a personal thing that everyone is going to have their own opinion, but the only one that truly matters is yours (and your wife's of course!)

Shark Grey would be my choice of the two.

I went from a Monterey Red Metallic C6 to a Laguna Blue C7. Love the Laguna Blue!

The gray is very popular but I don't think it does the corvette justice. I have a gray Jeep GC.
A bold car deserves a bold color (someone here other than me said this) so I would go with the laguna blue. And as someone else said, I think you would be disappointed with the gray after the crystal red.
My 2 cents. Be sure to show us picks of the ultimate choice.

I guess it would depend on the deal you can get on the '14 car. I really like the Laguna Blue color but a Shark Gray, if it came with a red interior is a really good looking color combo. It would also come down to what other options are on the cars that you either want or don't want. Tough choice to make - good luck with your decision.

My wife had the same dilemma when she ordered her 2014 convertible. She checked all the accessory options in about 10 min. but when it came to color it took her 2 weeks to decide.
She asked me what color to get. I wasn't going there. If I picked the wrong color she would never forgive me. I told her the C7 looks good in any color and she couldn't choose wrong.
She went with Laguna Blue. That color is really an attention getter and the contrast with the black trim makes it pop. She gets compliments on the car and the color everywhere she goes.
If I were to get a new ZO6 I would order gray with a black interior but I don't think you can go wrong with the Laguna Blue.

I think Blade Silver Metallic would be a much better choice for an owner accustomed to red. The shark gray reminds me of primer or a Honda color. This is just my opinion. I respect those who buy Shark Gray it is their choice, and this is just my opinion. Laguna Blue will give you color. A better choice.
