Funny you should mention that. Something weird was going on while driving in ECO at about 45mph it would act like it slipped out of gear rpm would go up to 4k then back down. Put it in Touring and no more issues but only got about 12 miles on it before it got dark and I came home so it wouldn't turn into a pumpkin. Will play with it some more today.

BS shows the surface detail of the C7 in a mind-boggling way.

Great combo. Congrats

never had intentions of ever buying a Corvette again either but when the C7 came out had to have a silver one to show those body lines

Blade Silver is a great choice. To me, silver has always been the classic color choice for a Stingray starting with the Sebring Silver of the 1963 split window coupes. I love my 2015 Blade Silver LT3 Coupe. I'm sure you will love yours as well.

Glad for you. My last one was Blade Silver so this time I went with Shark Gray, Blade Silver is nice because it looks good and is easy to keep clean looking. White is nice also.

Great color and the black trim contrast always looks good, and ... you have great looking wheels.

Default Tranny weirdness now broke.

Well it's sitting ay the dealers after a trip on a rollback. The weirdness I was feeling in the tranny turned into no forward drive! Of course it decided to give up in the middle of an off ramp at peak travel. As I was slowing to a stop it gave a sudden lurch like it shifted into a granny gear then refused to move another inch. 79 miles. Not a happy camper. Just don't expect this sort of thing with a car in this price range.

rramjet, I was about to congratulate you on the great silver/red combination, when up comes your post re: stalling on an exit ramp. Did it stop dead with fast moving traffic behind you, nearly getting you rear-ended? Scary, and definitely not good for QC out of the factory. Let us know what the caused it when you find out.

I was coming to a stop with the rest of the traffic and at the last minute it banged to a stop like a real hard downshift. People started going around me on both sides and the area on my left was gravel so it was getting kicked up all over the place. Cop showed up and pushed me by hand off the road. Oh did I mention it was 90+ degrees out. Fortunately the engine kept running so had AC. I'll definitely advise of the findings.

The C7 is the first car I've liked in silver as well.

Congrats, it's a nice one.
