Status code 3000 question

Default Status code 3000 question
If I am at 3000 with a TPW of 12/1, is there any chance that my car will be delayed due to constraints? Or once you hit this mark you are all set.

Constraints are when you order, not at 3000.

Once you hit 2000 constraints are no longer an issue.
