Glad you got your measurements. However, my advice is to use blue painters' tape and mask off the area around the letters. Then use a pencil to mark on the tape where each letter is positioned. Then remove/replace the letters one at a time.
Personally, I'm liking the look of just having the C7 logo and no letters.
