Rabbit and Vette meets
Last Friday night after dropping off date, on my way home a rabbit runs out in front of me, and this happen on a freeway. I ordered a left spoiler and liner, "fender wheel well". parts cost less than $200, just had to wait a few days on the parts.
Next to the last pic, the screw on bottom right of pic and two plastic rivets was the only thing holding the wheel well, "liner" from getting wrapped around the wheel.

Kind of surprised that it ripped the fender liner like that. Best of luck with the repairs.

From what it felt like, the rabbit made a few rounds with the tire, it lasted for a few seconds like that, it was very odd.

Yikes! What kind of rabbit could do that?
Are you sure it wasn't a Jackalope?

I'm sure the rabbit won't have the guts to try it again!

"In honor of jpee"
Squirrels, rabbits???? can do
all that damage ? Whatever happened to the real, metal, wheel well liners? Never would have happened if they were real metal. Then again, a real metal liner would weight a lot and it would be beyond the goals for the Corvette.
