My Vin is 1068 and I picked her up the first week of September. It was delivered with a blank window sticker. I have been asking for completely filled out window sticker since I received the car. It is now almost Thanksgiving and my dealer is unable to get me the sticker. He says its takes a while. This does not make sense. Does anyone with a Vin close to or earlier than mine have the completed window sticker ?
I was in the same situation (VIN 00891). My dealer got me the regular sticker upon my request. It's identical to the one that normally comes attached to the car.

Vin 846 delivered 5 Sept. had a note that window sticker with MSRP not yet avail.
Got ours 3 weeks later upon requesting it via our dealer. Dealer immediately requested it from GM. Sounds like your dealer may not want to go through trouble.
I have 2015 #65 which I purchased on Sep 03. Like many in this thread, my 2015 arrived with a blank window sticker. After making multiple requests of the dealer I am still have not received a Monroney window sticker.
Further, I took it on myself to order a build sheet and a window sticker from the NCM when I visited there in early October. I received the build sheet immediately. I am still waiting on the window sticker after having it on order for over a month. I am beginning to wonder if something is amiss in GM's record system
Back in May of 1983 when I got my '84 Corvette it was shipped without a window sticker. It arrived separately a few days later so I have an original never mounted one that is actually a 2-part as it includes the dealer copy that is removed from the back. I've brought it along to shows and NCRS meets as it is a conversation piece. The lack of final pricing was the reason I was given at the time and it sounds like that's what is happening with the '15's also. I could understand it more for the '84 as it was totally new and same if they were delayed for the '14, but for '15 there weren't all that many changes unless the 8-speed auto was the option not price verified at the time of production. I've seen Cadillacs at my dealer that are early model year VIN's and they had window stickers that say "Property of General Motors" and not much else-probably for the same reason. I would definitely pursue getting one from your dealer...
My C7 #526 was delivered as well with a blank window sticker. After many many requests and a few calls to GM I got a laminated copy of an original window sticker. Th e only problem it had the new price with the $1,000 higher MSRP.
Had to fight with the dealer to get the price protection price and I finally give up and will keep the higher priced sticker.
