The C6 convertible I owned had so much glare with the top down the nav/radio screen was useless. The glare caused it to be unreadable. Any better with the C7's? I haven't found any threads that bring up concerns so I am hoping it has been fixed.
The Navigation screen how has a 1,000 nit luminosity as discussed here: http://www.theredlion.us/C7Navigation.htm He specifically states the problem with screen wash out on the C6 has been corrected. No first hand knowledge - still waiting for mine to be built.

Having had the C6 Nav and now the C7 Nav, I can categorically say that even in direct sunlight shining right on the screen, it is easily readable with zero problem.
The nav screen on the C7 Vert has better visibility than the C6, but not by a whole lot.
This is, obviously with the top down. It does help to keep the screen as clean as possible, because fingerprints/smudges show up even more on the C7 than the C6.
Thanks for the information from all of you. I suspect I'll be getting a 2016 ordered. It looks like it will be about this time next year when I order. It'll be a 'vert for sure.
