Replace Corvette with Stingray Emblem
Has anyone run across an emblem that says Stingray instead of Corvette for the rear bumper? I would like to replace mine with STINGRAY but so far I can't find a Chrome Stingray emblem that is the same size as the rear bumper Corvette emblem. Want chrome as the car is Night Race Blue with chrome wheels.
Any advice???

Only in decal form, not badge, a few have done it
I did it just to see how it would look and then went back to the black Corvette carbon flash lettering when it came out as I wanted the OEM look

GM has not authorized the stingray letters in badge form so that's why you can't find it

Not aware of one after all this time, but there is a solution. If you take a jewelry making class you will see how easy it is to saw the letters using a jeweler's saw. It would be tedious but doable. I would use aluminum sheet product as it cuts easily and fast. Then, file and polish smooth and you are done.
