Most of what I've seen are ripples in the panel. I'm not sure its actually a paint issue.

Never mind, a Google search leads me to believe those are water spots. I would think washing my car would have gotten rid of them.

50/50 water/white vinegar will get em 90% of the time - re-seal/wax after...
