Default LED replacement Bulbs

Grabbed a batch of these off Amazon and slapped them in my License plate, Cargo sockets. Was backing in and noticed Hyper flashing so I went back to Silverstar halogens. Now Cargo units are starting
Look I love the color temp and brightness of the LED's and am chocking it off to either cheap manufacturing or a bad batch, I did not pay much for these anyway but I would love to know what others are using that work for them....thanks in advance

Sorry to hear of the issue with the leds. There are many leds on the market that look the same, but aren't built the same as quality units.

I offer a high quality version of the leds for the C7. We back them with a lifetime warranty. If they fail, we send you a new one. I also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee even if installed. Nobody has taken me up on this yet

Let me know if you would like more info

I have the JW Motoring Cargo area and License plate LEDs. Work great. I've had them in since February. Recommended!

I am happy with the incandescent lights for the license. Really don't want to light up the license any brighter than required.

Definitely the guy you want to talk to about replacement bulbs for our cars! I have been running his bulbs since March with no issues whatsoever. I also have no doubt he'll be there for me if anything were to ever happen in the future.

I just came in from unloading the back of the car and noticed the ones I installed in the cargo area about 4 weeks ago are doing the same thing. Since they came free with the interior partition I guess I got what I paid for.

I also have these installed in my cargo area and in the license plate bulb housing. Works and looks great.

Yes Larry, like everything else you prefer it exactly as it came from Chevy.

Others (like myself) don't care for the yellow color of the incandescent lights. Virtually every other light on the C7 is LED, so switching these out finishes the job.

LEDs use much less power than halogens.
This then causes them to "hyper" flash.
Therefore, to use them in the turn signals, you may have to also install a resistor,
to take up the load.

All the bulbs used on the vette at T10 Wedge LED bulbs, many avail. Dont think they are special, i buy the samsung bulbs off amazon/ebay and they work fine, no flash.

Yeah, but we're talking about the license plate and cargo area lights. Not turn signal lights.

I contacted Diode Dynamics and got an LED bulb for the license plate and 2 LED's for the trunk compartment!
