Default Boy in a Candy Store

Okay, I had to start this thread. My morning starts out with my morning devotion and reading of the verse of the day, then look into the forum and see what I can share with everyone.

Often I will see "Boys" posting photos of their new Ride, Toy, or what ever we MAN CALL them this days expressing their thrill of having one. But nothing more rewarding to read how we MAN express our "PASSION" for finally getting a car worthy enough to make us behave like a "Boy in a Candy Store".

Please exuse this part, I know I've been Blessed when I was able to walk into a dealer and say "I would like that one" and drive a way a "DREAM" car. I am sure Chevy is happy that we are buying this cars. I bet they do not know how much they provided us with a sense of accomplishment to behave as we did when we first got our first "Little Red" wagon to pull our dog around in.

Merry Christmas to ALL and a Happy New Year. May the New Year bring Joy and Happiness to you and your family. Oh yeah and a toy for your ride...

Default Merry Christmas

Even though we have all been incredibly blessed, let's never forget the reason for the season. I'm a Christian and I'm not ashamed to proclaim it! We celebrate an event unlike any other in the history of the world...a Savior was born to us and he was named "God with Us" (Emmanuel). I pray His light shines in your lives this Christmas season!

God Bless,

BobD

When people ask me what I'm getting for Christmas, I tell them nothing!!
I took delivery of my C7 last April. I've been blessed many times over and I don't mind saying so. We should remember the reason for the season year 'round!! Donate to your favorite charities. Keep CHRISTmas alive for future generations!! I could go on and on......
