Could not find any threat that addressed this particular emblem. (Must not be a forum vendor)
Question 1.: What is the quality of the emblem (It is supposed to be laser cut mirror stainless steel with UV rated plastics)
Question 2: What is recommended best area on 2015 AW Z51 vert to apply this emblem?
(All pix I have seen place it on each side behind the front wheel where the Stingray emblem is located; We do NOT want to remove the Stingray emblem on our car. Any thoughts on placing the Z51 emblem elsewhere? This emblem is 6" long and .09" tall. Does anyone in this forum have any photographs of where they placed their Z51 emblems?
Question 3: We have red calipers on our AW C7 with chrome wheels; any idea whether the red color in the Z of this emblem pretty well matches the red of the GM calipers which look like torch red? I asked the manufactuer this question . Answer was just red. (Attached is a pix of this emblem the manufacturer sent me)

Any constructive thoughts would be highly appreciated especially on quality of this emblem. Thanks to all form experts.

Ordered the vettFx ones today along with the steering wheel vinyl as well. They seem to be the only ones I personally like on the c7.

Look at the emblem, It only says Performance Enhanced Z51. Nothing about ZR1. There is no ZR1 for a 2015 C7 is there? I think the emblem looks good mounted under the right side as shown in the gray car.

The question was about a "ZR1" emblem, wasn't it?

IMO, Z51 is a significant performance package (wheels, tires, brakes, drysump, e-diff, suspension, tranny/diff coolers, ect...) So why not be proud that you stood up and went for the performance

The emblem looks the best on the rear of the car but since you have a blacked out Z51 the 51 part of the emblem should be black.
I also have a blacked out red Z51 and for me if it don't come from the factory with the Z51 emblem I don't want it on my car

Stuff like this is the reason Corvette owners have the reputation they do.

Jimmy....The reputation is only among OTHER corvette owners....the general public at large hasn't a clue....and as far as that's concerned...what I do to my car and how I drive it....makes NO DIFFERENCE to me what other people think. People have been customizing their modes of transportation since they started to walk upright... with LEAVES on their bare feet.....

Customizing our corvette is what makes it unique, whether it's color, wheels, strips, badges whatever. It's our personal toy. I don't want mine to look like ANYONE elses. I just bought a new C7 and immediately am installing carbon flash splitters, spoiler, floor mats, badge, steering wheel, wheels etc. When it's ready I'll post the pics and see what others say.
