Unknown switch question
On my 2014 convertible there is a switch on the lower left side of the dash next to the trunk release. The symbol on it looks like it will turn off a radio/audio signal. I can't find it in the manual. Any one know?

It turns on/off the motion sensor for your alarm system when your windows are down or top is off the car. Works well, I suggest leaving it on for added security.
No need for any smart replies of "read the manual" by those that just love to spout off!

(seems I remember a thread about inserting something into the passenger side roof opening in order to allow the sensor to work with the top off)

You are correct. If you look in the hole where the top post inserts you'll see a small switch.
