Body Panels
Hood isn't flush on the passenger side. Driver side is about half of this height but still poking up.
Door and fender don't line up with the crease on the driver side.
Driver side bumper sticks out from fender, passenger side is flush.
Passenger side, bumper left, fender right. There is a long line on the fender about 2-3mm from the crease like a bunch of paint or clearcoat bunched up and settled while it was drying. Asked a reputable detailer about it and he said there's nothing that can be done about it, wet sanding wont even be able to take it out.
But it's selling like hotcakes after a year, so dont expect chev to do much about it.

I think the hood can be fixed quite easily by moving the latches up and down. The door problem I would stay away from. (You're just lucky the door doesn't hit the fender when opened like some have.)
The rear fender/valence joint can be made better with shimming and adjustment of the attachment joint bracket without changing too many other panel gaps.
I would not let a dealer/body shop that doesn't have any experience with these cars touch it. But, if you've got one you can rely on to do a good job, I'd let them. Most good body shops are familiar with the methods used to mount these panels.
