Agree, that SUV was sitting outside the gate to his Garage-Mahal. You can see it when he first starts the PDR. You can also see it behind him in a few shots. Totally staged.

Yeah, definitely staged. While not always the case, production crews will typically work with municipalities to close portions of roads for tests like these... for obvious safety reasons, not to mention the potential for law suites generated for any injuries or damage where an abundance of evidence is available if filmed...
