Without any custom stitching color, what is the standard stitching (specifically steering wheel) on a Z51 2LT with Jet Black, Perforated Mulan leather seating surfaces? Hard to tell in pics - grey or black?

My 2014 Jet Black interior has off-white or light grey stitching. Whichever, it's contrasting and looks good.
Has anyone tried coloring the stitching on the 3LT Brownstone and suede interior? I suspect that the suede material will soak up the fabric stain and there is stitching in the suede everywhere including the dash, doors and console. I was considering dying the stitching orange to match the DSOM paint but then again ... maybe not!

Given that Brownstone is the least selected color and on top of that I doubt many owners want to dye it, your best course of action may be to test it out yourself. (Hear me out here)
There are a few spots where the stitching on the suede wraps around and is hidden from view. For example, take that long thin piece next to your right leg (sitting in the driver's seat) that leads under the dash a little. At the very front of that piece the stitching will never be seen ever. I actually almost missed a few stitches there when I did my own dye job. You can try dying a stitch or two there to see if it will leach into the sueded material and no one will ever know if it doesn't work out.
