Stinger stripe
I will be ordering an Arctic White/Black top/Adrenalin Red interior convertible. Red calipers. Carbon Flash badge pkg. Just wondering how it would look if I add the Carbon Flash Hood stinger stripe. I can't really tell using the build your own on the Corvette web site.

Just my opinion but I think you have a lot of different colors already. I too have an arctic white Z51 coupe on order TPW 02/09. I went AW , body color roof, carbon flash spoiler and mirrors, black interior with a stinger hood stripe , yellow calipers and black wheels. It took me about 6 months to finally decide exactly what I wanted. I choose a smoother flowing look with some accents. Trust me I feel your pain. My best advise is to google AW stingrays and look at all forums with AW pictures to see. Take your time and enjoy what you choose. All that has been said about there really is no bad color on these cars is right. Just fine tune your choice. Good luck

Another option is to wait and if you still want the look after taking delivery have the stinger hood painted on. Most body shops can paint it on for less than the $500 Vinyl option it costs to order plus you will have a consistent clear coat finish.

Heh ........ I finally got G M's web site to load the build picture of the exterior correctly and expanded it. By golly, the stinger stripe does without question enhance the bulge in the hood. Keeps the expanse of the hood from looking like Ruthie's Run in Aspen ..............

The Carbon Flash stinger is definitely the way to go, especially since you're going with the Carbon Flash badging. That is going to be a beautiful car.
On another note, which wheels are you going with? (I'd go with either silver painted or machine-faced.) Are you going to stick with the Arctic White painted mirrors and rear spoiler (assuming Z51 or ZF1)? (I would, FWIW.)

BTW, is the Z06 grill also finished in Carbon Flash or is it a different polished black? I can't really tell by the pictures.

Just my .02 if you are thinking about adding CF parts to the exterior… I would not get the carbon flash stinger. Find a shop to lay you a carbon fiber one.
Also it is easier and cheaper to add later like others said, and I promise you that you will be happy with the car either way.
