Looks beautiful. Simple and classy. Is there more than one type of 3M 1080 carbon wrap? I was looking on Amazon and found what looks like the same one as you have.

There are several colors/styles in the 3M 1080 vinyl wrap. I've been told that it's of the highest quality & intended for auto wraping. You'll only need four pieces about 3" x3". I got a 12" x12" on fleabay for about $8 delivered.
Thank you!! You inspired me to complete this mod as well. I gave mine 3 coats of clear for added protection. It looks great and compliments the exposed CF roof and dash. Now if I can just get around to buying and installing CF rockers and a splitter.
What a great simple effective mod! Now, where do I get a small piece of that carbon fiber look stuff? It doesn't look like you need much. Any vendors that sell small amounts?

Ya need about a 3" x3" piece for each cap. I found a 12" x12" piece on fleabay for $8 delivered. I recommend 3M 1080 or Dinoc.
I know this has been done before but here's some pictures of my carbon fiber look vinyl wrap on my wheel centers. I used a 3" X 12" piece for all four wheel caps & took about an hour and a half for everything (I probably took most of the time removing the caps so nothing got scratched). I like the 3M 1080 wrap as it is air release & makes any bubbles easy to remove. All that was needed was a heat gun or hair dryer and an old credit cars for a squeegee. This was my first time at wrapping anything.

What adhesive did you use to stick the flag emblem back on? I've been wanting to try this mod. Thanks
