Default SYNC button and light

On my 2015 C7 their is a "sync" button and light below the fan control ****. The light is on and I cannot get it to turn off. I have read the owners manual and do not see anything talking about the "sync" light and what it does. Can someone tell me what it does and where to find in owners manual?

Thanks,

Thanks,
It syncs the setting between the passenger and driver for the heat and air controls. Look in the manual for heater controls

Change the passenger temp setting and the Sync light will go out.

Sync if for when your significant other wants her side at 80 degrees and you set your side to 70. Later, when you are alone you can make both sides 70 without reaching all the way across. Once you do that the sides are "synced" so the light is on. When she gets back in the car and cranks it up to 80 again the "sync" is lost and the light is off.
