Audio Not Working - Help

Went for a drive today in my new z06 and the audio is not working. The instrument cluster shows audio off, and nothing I do can turn it back on. Radio does not work, phone dials but no sound, and Bluetooth does not work playing audio. I've tried resetting my phone and unpairing and repairing and it did not work.

Any suggestions?

My radio works just fine. Even swap, and don't worry about me. I'll wear headphones.

Unplug the neg post on batt overnight, reattach tomorrow. Also do a volt check on batt.

Possible confused software or low voltage .....its the 1st thing id try....

Unplug pos and neg bat cable. Touch together. Plug back in.

Exact same thing happened to me in my 2015 Z51 3LT last week. I shut the engine off, unplugged all media, i.e. iPod, USB devices, and pulled out my 32 GB SD card from behind the Nav screen, started up the car and everything has worked fine since. By the way I did not have to pull out the PDR SD card in the glove box. And yes I did reattach all my media devices and they all work perfectly.
