Enlighten me, please. What advantage does this offer over the actual top? The C7 top is very light, so it's not difficult to manage.

I know it's light..I had it off all day....I'd like to leave the top off in the garage so in the morning I can just hop in and go. Here in fl. We get some really strange bugs and lizards that wiggle into our garages....under the weatherstripping, or as the door is closing....just want something thing to cover the car when it's in the garage, AND during the day when I stop for a half hour for lunch....in summer the rain comes from nowhere and it's hot and humid...you sweat when you walk, let alone remove a top......c5s and c6s had em.........

Steve, that's a great point. You just made me go to the garage and put the top back on.

David, 2 weeks ago I had a living garden snake caught between the weather stripping and the ground. I didn't close the garage door on it so it had to have tried to wiggle itself under the rubber....got stuck half way in........these "northern guys" don't realize we live in the everglades

This happens in the Tennessee mountains, too. I always put sticky pads down on the floor at the ends of the garage door to catch bugs coming in. This past summer I caught a small snake, yes a snake, inside the garage on the sticky pad. He was still alive! Sticky pads catch a bunch of bugs, and even snakes...

Prolly the measurements....Spoke to CCA (Forum Vendor) yesterday. They sold the "Carbella" for the c 5 and 6s. Told me they were produced by a man in Colorado and he didn't seem interested or motivated to produce em for the C7. Left my email address w him and he told me he'd let me know.

Josh over at RPI said that they're not out yet.....It doesn't make sense to people in some parts of the country, but here in Fl. it's huge convienience.

Do a search on: Carbrella Sport Top then go to the source vendor and give them a call as they suggest for non-listed fitments.

I have their product that fit my '05 C6 but have not tried it on my '14 C7. Laying on the painted roof top it does appear it may just fit. My garage is not heated thus don't want to remove the top until Spring.

that's nice of you. my wife doesn't actually scream. she does the same thing you do.

I grab them w a paper towel and put them in the dumpster. I'm cruel I guess lol

you did make me think of something cool though. this would be nice if they had one that compressed to take up less space in the trunk for a trip you planned to go top off, but got caught in the rain. uncompress it, and put it back on. min trunk space taken.

I think that's almost called a convertible..........I woulda bought one but I love the lines of the coupe.....just from the look of the c6 top I had I'll bet I can bring it to a shoemaker and have him make me one from canvas......weights, suction cups and all.....
