2022 C7 of the Year Finalist - Unmodified

C7 Repaint

At Stingray Chevrolet today on I4 they had this green vette which was a repaint not a wrap and the purple matt which appeared to be a wrap.

The car did look great in the green.

I also liked it in the purple just not sure I would be brave enough to own it.

That Lamborghini green was posted earlier in the week. I think it looks awesome. Just not for me.

Not into purple at all.

Matte purple with the black looks good - until - you see that the interior is red. Too many colors.

I like the purple, not with the red interior though. And I could never be seen in it.

The purple reminds me a bit of the "Violet" or "Evening Orchid", GM used on the Chevy and Pontiacs 1965-1967. Loved it as a kid, I still kinda like it.

Saw the green on here and liked it. Like the purple but probably like it a lot more if it had just about any other color interior--gray, black, Kalahari, not sure about brownstone, but not blue.

Actually... not true. You would just have to get yourself a pink shirt and trousers to wear when you drive it.

Those are colors that I’d enjoy for a couple weeks, then they’d start to get old. Just too much “in your face” for the long run. Just an opinion here. Don

The green is interesting. I'd like to see more C7s in bright colors.

I saw a Lamborghini Aventator in the same matte purple wrap in Miami last week. Just looked dumb in my opinion. Then again, I didnt see the driver. It might work for a hot chick.

In keeping with the age old advice "if you can't say something nice...." I will just say that I couldn't live with either color.

Kind of like this Robin Egg blue A-M Vanquish....but my 8 year old daughter absolutely LOVED the color.

PS. I just showed my daughter this thread. She said I should get my Corvette painted purple!
