Default C7 window up / down problem

I have a 2014 Z51 convertible. Ever since I received it, every so often when the window is down and you use express "UP" the window goes up and right back down. Some times it's the drivers side and sometimes the passenger side. The only way to make it work correctly again, is to turn off the engine and restart. The dealer has rebooted it at least 6 times. There was a recent bulletin on the windows, but it does not pertain to this problem.
Has anyone else had this problem and was it corrected.

Had the same problem on passenger side window, dealer adjusted the window and so far so good, but that was 4 months ago so I have not had a chance to bring the window down that much in the cold weather let alone drive the Vette.

Wonder if indexing the windows will help; page 2-23 of the owner's manual? Dealer probably already did that but easy to do and worth a try. If that doesn't work, wonder if you put 5 or 6 pieces of paper over the window an indexed if it would stop it from going up as far by a few thousandths? Might also try to spray some silicone on the window seal to see if reduced friction when it closes, helps. May be useless but easy to try.

This makes sense to me. Some windows have a safety feature that (like a garage door) will retract if an obstacle is encountered. Unsure whether the C7 has this feature. If sensitivity is set too lightly, this may be the cause.

Just spit balling here.

I would say, re-index your windows. If problem continues then your windows have to much drag on them and the safety window down control takes over. I had the same problem with my Dodge and sprayed the felt guides with silicon spray, all good for a year now
