Maybe if you went with a "frosted" color to give it an etched look, but would pass on the white.

I went with the Red Stingray and I like the look. And if it does not look like Jake's car it sucks! (At least that is his opinion)

I see nothing wrong with personalizing a car the way the owner wants it. It is subtle and doesn't look bad. A few years ago, people thought 20" wheels was something for the kids.
