Default Help With Brake Pad Replacement!

I recently bought a set of CarboTech brake pads and was attempting to install them but I couldn't get the old pads to come out! They wouldn't move at all! The rotor turns so it's not completely tight against that! Any suggestions, videos, pictures?

2014 Z51

Thanks in advance!

I seem to recall reading that on the 2014 model the front pads, but not the rear pads, are held in place with some sort of adhesive tape. They come out, it just takes some extra effort.

Correct. '15s didn't have this adhesive, but the '14s do. I believe this is discussed on one of the DIY stickies.
