You are not very specific in regard to the features that you are seeking on a convertible. Kerbeck shows 14 on their website. Bet if you summarized the car you want, it can be found.
I am looking for a C7 conv. I have not seen a new one at any dealers lot in a long time.
Are more coming soon?
Thaks,
Robin
Don't think there's any constraints because of the convertible. I just think there has been a lot more coupes made. (and I'm making popcorn for the coupe vs vert debate that is bound to occur in this thread)
My future convertible was at 3400 and is supposedly getting made this week. It's a stripper 1LT, ZF1, NPP M7. I was thinking if anything, ordering a vert might be more of an "anti constraint" right now.
Convertible vettes did not sell as well as expected last year. A lot of dealers are probably gun shy and unwilling to order for dealer stock, especially with the horrible winter we have been having. Not exactly convertible weather! However, assuming you're willing to order one, any dealer that can get you a coupe can get you a convertible, although any constraints on options, like the Z51 package, will impact availability the same as a coupe.
Temp has been in the 70's here in central South Carolina all week. Have driven every day with the convertible top down GLORIOUS!!!
Car, that is! I just found out that my convertible has a TPW of 4/6! We just can't wait to get it. I hope it doesn't take long to ship after the build!

Reason: Repeated the same words-I'm excited!
Maybe not to your dealers nearby. If you want to see them, you may have to call and talk with some of our forum dealers, go on their websites, do a little looking, a little more chatting and then, who knows? You might actually buy one!

And tonite... you found out you were a FATHER! Congrats on the BIRTH of your First New Baby... your Shark Grey Vette Conv... Hatched today!!!!!!! Going to be a fun summer at the lake!
No museum delivery for us. I thought about it, but when you combine the 990 plus airfare, car rental, lodging and all else (not to mention the vacation days from work), it just came up to more than I wanted to spend. I figured about $2,000 extra for us and that would go a long way towards the radar mount and other "must haves" including a larger down payment.

No VERT No VETTE for me that's how much a convertible CORVETTE means to me!
I was checking out the remaining 2014 convertibles at Hendrick Chevy of Cary in December and asked when they would get some 2015s. Sensibly, they answered that convertibles don't sell well in the winter so they wouldn't be ordering any more for stock until spring. They must be right, as they still have five 2014 verts even though they'll gladly give you a supplier discount. But six Z06 verts just turned up a couple weeks ago and I don't expect they'll last long. They're always happy to take your order if you're a hardcore vert person and have to have one in the dead of winter.
